Refund &Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our astrology reports and 1:1 healing sessions, all delivered products and sessions are non-refundable.

Cancellation: You may cancel your booking within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

Technical Issues: If you experience a delivery error or cannot access your report/session, please contact us within 7 days at:

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or correction if applicable.

Gifts: Refunds for gifted products will be issued to the purchaser as a gift credit or refund.
