Shipping Policy

Delivery Method
All of our Astrology Reports and Energy Healing sessions are delivered remotely. Depending on your purchase:

• Astrology Reports (Natal/Compatibility Reports, etc.) are sent via email in PDF format.
• 1:1 Remote Consultations or Healing Sessions are conducted through online video calls (Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms agreed upon).
• Processing Time
  Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to prepare your report or schedule your session. Once ready, you will receive a confirmation email with your report or a link to join your session.

Scheduling 1:1 Sessions
After purchase, our team will contact you via email to confirm your preferred date and time. Sessions are personalized and one-on-one, so scheduling depends on availability.

Access & Downloads
All digital products are sent in a secure, downloadable format. Please ensure your email address is correct to avoid delays in delivery.

No Physical Shipping
Since these products are digital or remote, no physical shipping is required. This means there are no shipping fees or shipping delays due to logistics.
